Delete your account and data

Every registered Milk & Minutes user can request permanent account deletion. Use the in-app option or email us if you cannot access the app.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open More.
  2. Open Account or Data Management.
  3. Choose Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account. Include “Delete my account” in your request. We will verify account ownership before processing it.

What is deleted and what may be retained

  • Your sign-in account and Milk & Minutes account profile are deleted.
  • Personal app data associated only with your account is deleted within 30 days.
  • Limited records may be retained when required for legal, fraud-prevention, or security purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Records in a family shared with other caregivers may remain available to those family members.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the store where you purchased it.
