For Professionals & Organizations

Partner with Milk & Minutes

Reach new parents at the most critical moment of their feeding journey — in an app they open dozens of times a day, built entirely around their family's wellbeing.

About the App

Built for the families you serve

Milk & Minutes is a feeding tracker designed from the ground up for breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle-feeding families — with clinical tools your clients won't find anywhere else.

Real-Time Family Sync

Partners, grandparents, and caregivers all share one live feed. Everyone sees every session the moment it’s logged — no catch-up calls needed.

Clinical-Grade Tools

LATCH scoring (0–10 across all five components), comfort and pain tracking, nipple condition staging, and weighted feed logging with WHO growth chart integration.

Deep Feeding Analytics

Trends across sessions, sides, volumes, durations, and times-of-day. Parents arrive at appointments with data, not guesses.

Home Screen Widgets

iOS widgets show feeding status, daily totals, and patterns at a glance — no app-open required. Parents and caregivers always know where things stand.

Exportable Records

PDF, CSV, and AI-clipboard export for easy sharing with providers. Your clients can hand you a complete feeding history in seconds.

Pediatrician-Ready

Growth charts with WHO percentile bands, diaper logs, and session history formatted to make well-child visits more productive.

Our Independence

No conflicts of interest — ever

When you partner with us, you can tell your clients exactly what we stand for.

Zero Formula Affiliations

We have no partnerships, sponsorships, paid promotions, or referral arrangements with any formula brand — and never will. Our incentives align entirely with breastfeeding and pumping families.

Independently Owned

Milk & Minutes is built and run by Cardin LLC — a small, self-funded company with no outside investors, no board, and no pressure to compromise on values. The product exists because families need it.

No Sponsored Content

Every article on our blog and every feature in the app is created to serve parents — not advertisers. Partners are listed because they're qualified and relevant, not because they paid for placement.

Data Privacy

Your clients' data stays theirs

We treat feeding data, child profiles, and family information with the utmost care. Here's what that means in practice.

What we collect

Feeding sessions (type, duration, volume, side), child profiles (name, birthdate, weight), user account info (email or anonymous ID), and optional clinical assessments like LATCH scores. Nothing more.

How it's stored

All data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. User data is scoped to individual family accounts — no cross-family data sharing.

Who can see it

Only the user's family group (owner, admins, caregivers, viewers — all with granular permission levels) can access their data. We do not sell, license, or share individual user data with third parties.

User control

Users can delete any individual record, a child profile, or their entire account at any time — directly in the app. No hoops, no waiting period. CCPA and GDPR requests are honored within 30–45 days.

Partner data

Partner profiles are distinct from user data. A partner's listing information (name, bio, contact details) is stored separately and governed by our partner agreement — not linked to any user's feeding logs.

Milk & Minutes is a personal tracking tool, not a medical or clinical application. It helps families log and organize their own feeding data — the same way you might use a notes app or a spreadsheet. Because it does not provide diagnoses, treatment plans, or medical advice, it falls outside the scope of HIPAA. That means no compliance burden for you, and no regulatory friction for the families you serve.
