How do I create an account or sign in to Milk & Minutes?
You can start using Milk & Minutes immediately as a guest without creating an account. To create a registered account, use Sign in with Apple or provide an email and password. You can link a guest account to a registered account at any time through app settings to preserve all your data.
How do I log a feeding session?
Tap the main button to start a timer for nursing, pumping, or bottle feeding. You can select left/right side for nursing, add volume for bottles, and include notes. You can also log a completed feed retroactively with manual time entry.
How does family sharing work in Milk & Minutes?
Generate an invite code in the app and share it with your partner or caregiver. They enter the code to join your family group. Members can have different roles: Owner (full access + management), Admin (full access + member management), Caregiver (log + view), or Viewer (view only). All data syncs in real time.
How do I manage my subscription or restore purchases?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To manage or cancel, go to iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. To restore purchases on a new device, tap “Restore Purchases” in the app settings. For billing questions, contact Apple directly.
How can I delete my data or exercise my privacy rights?
You can delete individual records, child profiles, or your entire account directly in the app settings. For CCPA, GDPR, or other privacy rights requests, email support@milkandminutes.com. We respond within 30–45 days depending on jurisdiction.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Email support@milkandminutes.com with a description of the issue or suggestion. For bug reports, include your device model, iOS version, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots are always helpful.
